Beets ‘n’ peas

High protein with the antioxidant power of beetroot.

  1. Fill blender cup to 250ml mark with peas, add 50g cashews and 1 tablespoon oats then cover in boiling water and leave to soak for 15 minutes
  2. Then add:
  • 2 tablespoon beetroot powder
  • 1 small avocado
  • a dash (or two) of sriracha sauce
  • a few grinds of salt
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Blend it up then add nut milk as desired.
