High protein with the antioxidant power of beetroot.
- Fill blender cup to 250ml mark with peas, add 50g cashews and 1 tablespoon oats then cover in boiling water and leave to soak for 15 minutes
- Then add:
- 2 tablespoon beetroot powder
- 1 small avocado
- a dash (or two) of sriracha sauce
- a few grinds of salt
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Blend it up then add nut milk as desired.
