Better with beetroot

Beetroot can be used in the treatment of anemia, indigestion and constipation. It also helps to improve blood circulation, lower blood pressure, aid in skin care and mediate respiratory problems such as asthma. The health benefits of beetroots can be attributed to their richness in nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
