That American classic – blended to perfection! (And a little bit healthier.)

  1. Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/2 cup oats in plenty of boiling water for 15 minutes (the water should all be soaked up)
  2. Then add:
  • 50g cherries
  • 50g strawberries
  • 25g blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 25g almonds
  • 1 tablespoon flax

Blend then add nut or hemp milk to desired consistency and ice if you prefer chilled – although this one is great left thick and spead on toast.
