That American classic – blended to perfection! (And a little bit healthier.)
- Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/2 cup oats in plenty of boiling water for 15 minutes (the water should all be soaked up)
- Then add:
- 50g cherries
- 50g strawberries
- 25g blueberries
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 25g almonds
- 1 tablespoon flax
Blend then add nut or hemp milk to desired consistency and ice if you prefer chilled – although this one is great left thick and spead on toast.
