A creamy banana nut milkshake that makes a super nutritious sweet treat.
- Microwave a small sweet potato for 10 minutes then scoop out and put in blender cup.
- Then add:
- 1 Banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 can coconut milk
Blend it baby! (Add more coconut milk to desired consistancy and ice if you prefer chilled.)
