Casheese feast

Creamy cheese flavour with a herby garlic finish. Like your favourite French cheese, only better.

  1. Soak 100g cashews and 2 tablespoons chia seeds in plenty of boiling water for 15 mins. (Add them to blender cup and top up to 400ml mark with boiling water – if excess water remains after soak time then pour off before adding other ingredients.)
  2. Then add:
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 8 grinds dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 6 grinds salt
  • 150ml nut milk
Blend it up!
This one is great served as a dip or makes a mean macaroni cheese sauce!
Tip: if you fancy a change then switch out the the rosemary for a few dashes of sriracha to give it a bit of a kick. Or for an extra smoky flavour add a couple of teaspoons of liquid smoke (if you’ve got some hanging around in your cupboard).
