Brimming with B12, iron and vitamin D, this nutritional delight packs loads of power.
- Chop 1 small head broccoli and put in a pan with 200ml boiling water then pop a lid on to steam for 10 minutes
- Whilst broccoli is steaming chop and fry 250g mushrooms
- Put it all in the blender with a glug of nut milk and pulse
- Then add:
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Juice of half a lemon
- 8 grinds dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Blend then add more nut milk to your desired consistency.
