Garlic nooch

Brimming with B12, iron and vitamin D, this nutritional delight packs loads of power.

  1. Chop 1 small head broccoli and put in a pan with 200ml boiling water then pop a lid on to steam for 10 minutes
  2. Whilst broccoli is steaming chop and fry 250g mushrooms
  3. Put it all in the blender with a glug of nut milk and pulse
  4. Then add:
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 8 grinds dried garlic
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Blend then add more nut milk to your desired consistency.
