Matcha Mint

Meet your matcha (sorry, couldn’t resist that one!) with this sweet-and-creamy minty delight.

  1. Steep matcha green tea bag in 300ml boiling water for 5 minutes
  2. Then add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/2 cup of oats and soak for 10 minutes
  3. Then add:
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • handful (25g) almonds
  • handful mint leaves
  • 1 banana
Blend then add nut or hemp milk to your desired consistency.
