- Steep matcha green tea bag in 300ml boiling water for 5 minutes
- Then add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/2 cup of oats and soak for 10 minutes
- Then add:
- 1 tablespoon flax
- handful (25g) almonds
- handful mint leaves
- 1 banana
Blend then add nut or hemp milk to your desired consistency.
