- Soak 50g cashews and 2 tablespoons chia seeds in plenty of boiling water for 15mins (pour off any excess after soaking)
- Then add:
- 100g cherries
- 50g blueberries
- 2 teaspoons beetroot power
- 1 small avocado
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
