Deliciously sweet with the warmth of chai spices – this one’s a real carb-loaded treat.
- Microwave a sweet potato for 10 minutes then scoop out
- Steep chai tea bag in 200ml water for 3 minutes then add 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Then add:
- 2 tablespoons flax
- handful (25g) of almonds
- 25g strawberries
Blend it up then add nut or hemp milk if desired – you can spead this one over a pie base and eat it by the slice – yummy!
