Sweet potato chai

Deliciously sweet with the warmth of chai spices – this one’s a real carb-loaded treat.

  1. Microwave a sweet potato for 10 minutes then scoop out
  2. Steep chai tea bag in 200ml water for 3 minutes then add 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  3. Then add:
  • 2 tablespoons flax
  • handful (25g) of almonds
  • 25g strawberries

Blend it up then add nut or hemp milk if desired – you can spead this one over a pie base and eat it by the slice – yummy!
