Mochanut

This is a great kickstart for whatever time of the day, be it pre early-morning workout or post-meal slump.

  1. Add 2-3 teaspoons instant coffee to a cup of boiling water (or make a cup of strong fresh coffee) the add 50g cashews and 1 tablespoon chia seeds and leave to soak for 15 minutes
  2. Then add:
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 50g almonds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 250ml nut milk
  • 1 banana

Blend it up and slurp it down!
