This is a great kickstart for whatever time of the day, be it pre early-morning workout or post-meal slump.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons instant coffee to a cup of boiling water (or make a cup of strong fresh coffee) the add 50g cashews and 1 tablespoon chia seeds and leave to soak for 15 minutes
- Then add:
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 50g almonds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 250ml nut milk
- 1 banana
Blend it up and slurp it down!
