Packed with vitamin C, this makes an uplifting wake-up call.
- Soak 1 cup oats in 300ml boiling water for 15 minutes
- Then add:
- 50g blueberries
- 50g strawberries
- Juice of 1 lemon
- handful of mint
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax
Blend and top off with a glug of nut or hemp milk and add ice if you prefer chilled.
