Berry Refresher

Packed with vitamin C, this makes an uplifting wake-up call.

  1. Soak 1 cup oats in 300ml boiling water for 15 minutes
  2. Then add:
  • 50g blueberries
  • 50g strawberries
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • handful of mint
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax

Blend and top off with a glug of nut or hemp milk and add ice if you prefer chilled.
