A great balance of slow release carbs and protein power to keep you going on demanding days – pretty sweet!
- Microwave a sweet potato for 10 minutes until soft then scoop out and add to blender
- Then add:
- 1/2 tin chickpeas
- 1 small avocado
- 2 tsps turmeric
- 2 tsps beetroot powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Blend then add nut milk to your desired consistency.
