Sweet P

A great balance of slow release carbs and protein power to keep you going on demanding days – pretty sweet!

  1. Microwave a sweet potato for 10 minutes until soft then scoop out and add to blender
  2. Then add:
  • 1/2 tin chickpeas
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 tsps turmeric
  • 2 tsps beetroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Blend then add nut milk to your desired consistency.
